摘 要:目的 :探讨分餐对糖尿病患者血糖的影响 ,为临床护士对糖尿病患者的饮食指导提供依据。方法 :对40例已确诊2型糖尿病的患者进行早餐分餐的自身交叉前后对照研究 ,受试患者共查末梢血糖4天 ,每天于空腹、早餐后2小时、早餐后4小时、午餐后2小时各查1次 ;分餐7:00时先进食2/3早餐 ,2小时后查完血糖再进食1/3。将每例患者分餐与未分餐各时点的血糖值进行比较。结果 :分餐的早餐后2小时血糖与未分餐比较差异有显著性 (P<0 05) ,分餐的早餐后4小时、午餐后2小时血糖与未分餐比较差异无显著性 (P>0 05)。结论 :分餐进食可降低糖尿病患者早餐后的血糖 ,对午餐前后血糖影响不大 ,对糖尿病患者平稳控制血糖起到了一定的作用。Objective:To explore the infuence of dis-meal on blood-sugar level postbreakfast of diabetic with chinese food habit,in order to guide diabetics to plan meal properly.Methods:40 diabetics were studied with self cross control.2/3 amount of breakfast was eated at 7:00,and the rest at 9:00.Their blood-sugar were measured at 2 h and 4 h after breakfast and 2 h after lunch in 4 days to compare with the ones in no dis-meal.Results:The blood-sugar level at 2 h after breakfast of dis-meal group was significantly different than that of no dis-meal group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in blood-sugar level mesured at 4 h after breakfast and 2 h after lunch between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dis-meal may lower the blood-sugar level post breakfast of diabetics other than that post lunch,then it's beneficial to the steady control of the blood-sugar.
