摘 要:目的 探讨乌司他丁在大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤时肾功能和肾组织超微结构改变中的作用。方法 30只雄性SD大鼠随机分为 3组 :假手术对照组 (双肾未缺血 ,静脉注射生理盐水 )、肾缺血再灌注组 (双肾缺血 ,静脉注射生理盐水 )、乌司他丁组 (双肾缺血 ,静脉注射乌司他丁 1 2 5万U/只 ) ,每组 10只。大鼠急性缺血性肾损伤模型为双肾缺血 4 5min、再灌注 2 4h ,观察缺血后肾功能和肾组织超微结构改变。结果 肾缺血再灌注组血肌酐 ( 16 7± 39) μmol/L、血尿素氮 ( 2 1± 7)mmol/L ,乌司他丁组血肌酐 ( 116± 13) μmol/L、血尿素氮 ( 14 1± 2 6 )mmol/L ,2组比较差异有显著性意义 (P<0 0 5 ) ;乌司他丁减轻肾组织超微结构损害。Objective To investigate the effect of ulinastatin on renal function and ultrastructure changes after renal ischemia reperfusion in rats Methods Acute ischemic renal injury model was established (45 min of bilateral renal ischemia and reperfusion for 24 h) Thirty Male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham operation group (control group or group C, without renal ischemia),renal ischemia reperfusion group (ischemia reperfusion group or group I ,without ulinastatin ),renal ischemia reperfusion and ulinastatin intravenous injection group (ulinastatin group or group U) BUN level,serum creatinine values and renal ultrastructure were measured Results Serum creatinine (167±39)μmol/L and BUN concentration (21±7)mmol/L in group I were significantly higher than those in group U: serum creatinine (116±13)μmol/L and BUN concentration (14 1±2 6)mmol/L ( P <0 05) The renal ultrastructure was greatly injured in group I,meanwhile,it was obviously ameliorated in group U Conclusion Ulinastatin greatly improved renal function and provides remarkable protection on renal ultrastructure after ischemia reperfusion of kidney in rats
