摘 要:本文研究了Gd(Ⅲ)对Dy(Ⅲ)-1,5-双(1′-苯基-3′-甲基-5′-氧代吡唑-4′-基)戊二酮-[1,5](BPMPPD)-溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)体系的荧光增强作用。加入Gd(Ⅲ),不仅使Dy(Ⅲ)-BPMPPD-CTMAB体系的荧光强度明显增强,而且大大提高了该体系的稳定性和抗干扰能力。该体系中Dy(Ⅲ)浓度在4.0×10^(10)~1.0×10^(-6)mol/L范围内与其荧光强度呈线性关系,检测限为8.0×10^(-11)mol/L。该体系用于合成样品中微量Dy(Ⅲ)的测定,取得了满意的结果。In this paper, it was observed and studied that a fluorescence enhanced phenomenon was shown by adding Gd (Ⅱ) to Dy (Ⅱ)-[1,5]-bis-( 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-oxopyrazolyl-4 ) pentanedione-[1, 5] (BPMPPD)-cetyltrimethyl ammoniunm bromide (CTMAB) system. Adding Gd(Ⅱ) into Dy(Ⅱ)-BPMPPD- CTMAB has enhanced obviously its fluorescence intensity and stability and interference-resistance ability. The system in useful for the spectrofluorimetric determination of Dy(Ⅱ) in the range of 4. 0×10-10-1. 0×10-5 mol/L . The detection limit was observed to be 8. 0× 10-11mol/L. The proposed method was been applied to the determination of trace Dy(Ⅱ) in several synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
