摘　　要：目的 :研究增殖细胞核抗原 (proliferatingcellneuclearantigen ,PCNA)在鼻息肉组织中的表达 ,探讨鼻息肉中细胞增殖的病理解剖学基础 ,以及细胞增殖与鼻息肉发病之间的关系 ,为改进鼻息肉的诊断与治疗提供理论依据。方法 :用免疫组化法测定 35例鼻息肉组织和 17例正常下鼻甲组织中PCNA的表达。对PCNA阳性细胞的类型、分布特点进行分析。以期发现鼻息肉中细胞增殖活跃与细胞类型及分布之间的关系。结果 :PCNA在鼻息肉组织中的表达明显高于正常对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。PCNA阳性细胞主要集中于鼻息肉的上皮细胞和囊性扩张的腺体细胞中。结论 :鼻息肉中细胞增殖活性较正常明显提高 ,尤其是上皮细胞、腺体细胞和组织中浸润的炎性细胞。Objective:To investigate expression of proliferating cell neuclear antigen(PCNA) in nasal polyps,and to understand the role of cell proliferation in pathogenic mechanism of nasal polyps.Method:The expression of PCNA was determinated in 35tissue samples of nasal polyps and 17 controls from normal inferior tubinates respectively by immunohistochemical method.The cell type and distributed was analysed in positive expression of PCNA.Results: The positive expression of PCNA was significantly higher in epithelium of nasal polyps than that of the control.The difference between these two groups was significant(P<0.005).PCNA positive cell were localized on epithelied layers of cystically dilated glands and the down-growing epithelium of nasal polyps. Conclusion:There is strongly proliferation activity in epithelium ,gland cells and localized on inflammatory cell of nasal polyps. Increased epithelial cell proliferation seems to be involved in the development of nasal polyps.
