夹型硅胶在内淋巴囊引流术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨应用夹型硅胶内淋巴囊引流术治疗梅尼埃病的方法和疗效。方法 :对 12例梅尼埃病患者于显微镜下行内淋巴囊引流术 ,置入夹型硅胶 ,术后随访 1年 6个月至 4年 8个月。结果 :按疗效评定标准 ,A级 3例 ,B级 5例 ,C级 3例 ,D级 1例。有效率 91.6 7%。结论 :夹型硅胶内淋巴囊引流术治疗梅尼埃病能保证引流通畅 。Objective: To study the operation manner and curative effect of clamp-type silicagel in endolymphatic sac drainage. Methods: 12 cases of Meniere′s disease got the operation of endolymphatic sac drainage with the manner of niping the wall of endolymphatic sac with clamp-type silicagel from the adge of incision to prevent the closure of the drainage. Results: After operation, 12 patients were followed-up 6 months to 2 years. 12 patients were divided into four classes, A in 3 cases, B in 5 cases , C in 3 cases, and D in 1 case according to national evaluating standard of curative effect of the disease. The total effect rate was 91.67%. Conclution:Endolymphatic sac drainage applying clamp-type silica gel is a good manner to treat Meniere′s disease which can ensure smooth drainage of endolymphatic sac and preserve the remained hearing.
