摘 要:邻苯二胺在含有Cu^(2+)及CTMAB的NH_4Cl-NH^3·H_2O缓冲溶液中,能被Cu^(2+)催化氧化,氧化产物在单扫描示波极谱仪上产生灵敏的吸附还原波,峰电位为-0.47V(vs.Hg),邻苯二胺浓度在10~200ng/mL范围与峰电流呈良好的线性关系。本文还探讨了邻苯二胺氧化产物在滴汞电极表面的吸附行为及其反应过程的机理。A highly sensitive oscillopolarographic method has been studied for the determination of o-phenylene diamine (OPD).The suitable medium is NHCl_4-NH_3·H_2O solu- tion containing small amount of Cu and surfactant CT- MAB.When the solution is heated,the peak height of OPD is greatly increased.The linear range for determina- tion is 10~200ng/mL.The oscillopolarographic mecha- nism has been studied.This emthod is based on the catalytic oxidation of OPD by cupric ion on heating.Ex- periment proved that the oxidation product o-nitroaniline was adsobed and reduced at the dropping mercury elec- trode.The peak Potential is —0.47V((?)s.Hg).The method is very sensitive with a determination limit of 10ng/mL.This proposed method is one of the most sens- itive methods for the determination of OPD at present.
