海墨止血片对药物流产后出血时间影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨海墨止血片对早孕药物流产后出血时间的影响。方法:采用随机、双盲方法进行临床对照试验。200例终止早孕对象药物流产后按1:1随机化顺序号分为观察组和对照组,药物流产孕囊排出后第3天晚起,两组分别加服海墨止血片或安慰剂2片/次,3次/日,共6天。结果:完全流产率观察组为95.24％,对照组为95.65％,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);完全流产出血时间观察组为11.61±4.96天(4～33天),对照组为13.85±5.50天(7-34天),差异有显著性(P<0.05);出血时间≤14天者,观察组78.8％,对照组60.3％,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:药物流产后加服海墨止血片可减少流产后出血时间。Objective:To study the effect of Haimo on the duration of bleeding after medical abortion. Methods : 200 women with early pregnancy who had received medical abortion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The women in the observation group and ones in the control group took two tablets of Haimo and placebo at the third night after medical abortion, three time every day for six days, respectively. Results; The rate of complete abortion was 95. 24% in the observation group, 95. 65% in the control group. There was no significant difference between two groups(P >0.05). The duration of bleeding last for 11. 61±4. 96 days in the observation group and 13. 85±5. 50 days in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). There were 78. 8% of patients whose duration of bleeding ended within two weeks in the observation group and 60. 3% in the control group. There was significant difference between two groups (P < 0. 05). Conclusion; Haimo is useful for shortening duration of bleeding after medical abortion.
