《针灸甲乙经》处方配穴特点分析

摘　　要：本文选取《针灸甲乙经》中有两个及两个以上明确穴位配伍的条文 10 1条 ,分析其穴位配伍的特点。结果显示《甲乙经》中针灸处方大量选取特定穴配伍 ,尤以五腧穴相配为多 ;并运用前后配穴法、表里配穴法、上下配穴法、远近配穴法等多种配穴法。此外 ,文中还对 5组固定穴位配合做了简要介绍。This article selects 101 items of compatibility of two or more points in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and analyzes their characteristics. The results show that acupuncture prescriptions in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion mostly choose compatibility of specific points, especially Five Shu points and apply many methods of point compatibility: compatibilities of anterior and posterior, exterior and interior, upper and lower, and adjacent and distant points. Besides, this article also gives a brief account of compatibilities of 5 groups of fixed points.
