行手术治疗的脑瘫患儿医院感染的临床分析

摘　　要：目的　了解行手术治疗的脑瘫患儿医院感染情况。方法　对 4 12例行手术治疗的脑瘫患儿医院感染情况进行回顾性的调查、分析。结果　医院感染率为 17 4 8% ,与同期我院总感染率 (4 6 2 % )间差别有显著性意义(P <0 0 5 ) ;不同手术方式、不同季节医院感染率间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;不同部位的医院感染率间差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　医院感染率与手术方式、季节、部位有关。Objective To analyze the condition of hospital infection of brain paralysis children patients after operation treatment in order to make foundation of the control and management of infection.Methods on To investigate and analyze 412 cases of brain paralysis children patients after operation treatment by using review method.Results The hospital infection rate reaches 17.48%, which is obviously higher than the total infection rate 4.62% in the same period. The hospital infection rate is related to different methods of operation, seasons and parts of the body.Conclusion The management of ward should be enhanced, the disinfecting and segregation emphasized, the children patient's nursing after operation valued,and nutrition support treatment improved.
