摘　　要：主要对俄罗斯飞行研究院20年来变稳飞机的研制情况进行了介绍,较详细地描述了文中提到的变稳飞机的特点及应用。最后指出,要发展航空事业必须重视发展变稳飞机。This paper mainly introduce the situation of development for in-flight simulation test aircraft of the flight research institute of Russia (FRIR) in twenty-year. Meanwhile, the character and applicability of them are discribed in detail. Finally, this paper point out it is vary important to develop various stability aircraft for a native aeronautical cause.
