摘 要:通过补充复合辅酶制剂观察连续大强度训练大鼠的某些生化指标的变化。实验结果表明 :补充复合辅酶制剂可增加大鼠食欲 ;同时增加体重 ;减少连续大强度运动后大鼠血中CK、LDH、BLa、BUN的升高 ;其中对减少体内乳酸的堆积 ,降低CK活性的作用显著优于补充FDP。为此 ,我们认为补充复合辅酶制剂能提高机体运动时的糖酵解能力和耐缺氧能力 ,维持内环境酸碱平衡 ,具有明显的抗疲劳作用。In this study, the changes in biochemical indices of tested mice after taking complex co-enzyme were observed. The result showed that, after injection of complex co-enzyme, the mice's appetite was improved and weight increased; the increase extent of CK, LDH, BLa, BUN in the blood of mice after consecutive intensive exercise was reduced; and compared with the supplement of FDP, taking complex co-enzyme played more effective role in reducing BLa accumulation and CK activity. It was concluded that taking complex co-enzyme was conducive to enhancing glucolytic and anoxia-proof ability and keeping esoteric acid-base balance, therefore, complex co-enzyme had a distinct effect of anti-fatigue.
