摘 要:目的 :为了解甘肃省部分医疗卫生人员对原发性高血压 (EH)相关知识掌握程度及对培训指导结果进行分析研究。方法 :对来自甘肃省级、地市级、县级医院和乡卫生院的医生及省、地市、县、乡的疾病控制部门人员共 14 3例进行填式问卷调查。然后对调查对象进行EH相关基础和临床知识培训 ,培训结束后同样填式问卷调查。对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果 :女性得分高于男性 (P <0 .0 1) ;答题得分与从事专业、学历、医院级别不同有差异 ,从事专业得分依次为 :心内科 >内科 >预防专业 (P <0 .0 1) ;学历的得分依次为 :大学 >大专 >中专 (均P <0 .0 1) ;所在医院级别得分依次为 :省级 >地市级 >县级 >乡级 (均P <0 .0 1)。单因素分析显示性别、从事专业、学历、所在医院级别与EH知识评分相关 (P <0 .0 1)。多元线性分析提示性别、专业和医院级别对EH知识评分有独立的影响 (P <0 .0 1) ,与年龄、工作时间和学历不相关 (P >0 .0 5 )。各类观察对象培训后对EH相关知识均有显著提高 (均P <0 .0 1) ;培训后性别、从事专业、学历、所在医院级别之间评分差异均无统计学意义 (均P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :医疗卫生人员工作的环境与EH知识的掌握程度有关 ,疾病控制人员和基层医疗工作者应加强学习 ,继续医学教育应作为提高医疗卫?Objective:To investigate hypertension related knowledge and analysis results of training on medical doctors and health care professionals in Gansu province.Method:One hundred and forty-three people were investigalted by questionnaire which was designed according Chinese hypertension guidelines in 1999. The participants came from 3 provincial hospitals, 19 city hospitals, 34 county hospitals and 5 township hospitals, as well as 1 provincial health care center, 7 city's and regional health care centers, 3 county health care station. After questionnaire, all of them accepted training about hypertension related knowledge in 46 hours of 5 days. Then they accepted questionnaire again. The data were analyzed by t test, F test, Single correlation and Multi-linear regression.Result: Females got scores much higher than males.(P< 0.01), The scores also showed difference in specialty of doctors, educational background of professionals, grades of hospitals. The increased ranks of scores were cardiovascular physicians>general physicians> healthcare professionals(P<0.01), college education>dical school education>ramedical school education(P<0.01), provincial hospitals>ty's and regional hospitals>ounty hospitals>township hospitals(P<0.01), medical doctors>althcare professionals(P<0.01).Single correlation analysis showed that scores were correlated with sex, specialty and educational background of professionals and levels of hospitals respectively(P<0.01), Multi-linear regression indicated that sex, specialty of professionals and grades of hospitals affected independently the scores of hypertension related knowledge(P< 0.01),and ages ,career time spans, educational background were no correlation with scores(P> 0.05). All of participants gained great progress on the trainings of hypertension related knowledge (P< 0.01).The scores were no any difference in sex, specialty of doctors, educational background of professionals and grades of hospitals after medical training (all P> 0.05).Conclusion:Environment factors of employme
