摘  要:目的 :验证玉泉茶的降糖作用并探讨其作用机制。方法 :用玉泉茶浸提液分别对四氧嘧啶和肾上腺素所致高血糖小鼠灌胃观察并设对照组。取小鼠眼眶血测血糖值 ,将所测血糖值作统计学处理。结果 :玉泉茶对四氧嘧啶及肾上腺素所致小鼠血糖升高有显著的预防作用。结论Purpose: To test Yuquan Tea's hypoglycemic function and study its functional mechanism. Method: The extracted liquid from Yuquan Tea was poured into the intestine of small rats with hyperglycemia due to alloxan and adrenalin and then was observed, and then set as the controlled group. Then the orbital blood was taken to test its blood-sugar content, which was conducted with statistic method. Result: Yuquan Tea could remarkably prevent the increase of blood-sugar of small rats with hyperglycemia due to alloxan and adrenalin. Conclusion: The tea has a certain hypoglycemic effect, which provides pharmacological basis for its clinical effects.
