消渴肾宁汤对实验性糖尿病肾病大鼠白细胞介素-13影响的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨糖尿病肾病 (DN)的发病机制以及消渴肾宁汤的作用机理。方法 :以STZ腹腔内注射伴高热量饲养造DN模型 ,用消渴肾宁汤灌胃给药并和西药作对照 ,进行尿IL - 13水平测定以及原位杂交检测。结果 :实验性DN大鼠尿IL - 13水平明显升高伴随严重损伤 ,消渴肾宁汤可显著降低IL - 13水平改善肾损伤 。objective:to discuss on the action mechanism of xiaoke shenning decocyion and the mechanism of diabetic nephropathy(DN).method:to copy the animal model of diabetic nephropathy by STZ abdominal cavity injection combined with high calorie feed.The model were took orally with xiaoke shenning decocyion,while the western controlled group was built.IL-13 in urine was detected,while in situ hybridization .Rasults:IL-13 of experimental diabetic nephropathy rats in urine was significantly rise with severe injury of kidney.xiaoke shenning decocyion can decrease the content of IL-13 in urine and ameliorated injury of kidney.xiaoke shenning decocyion was better than the wastern controlled group.
