摘  要:用心电高频信息检测分析仪研究了电刺激大鼠迷走神经背核(DMV)对心电活动的影响,分析了刺激前、刺激即刻、刺激后4min和刺激后8min高频心电图(HF-ECG)的各项时域值.结果表明:1刺激前心率(427±56)次/min(x-±SD,下同),刺激即刻(191±96)次/min,与刺激前相比心率显著降低(P<0.01),刺激后心率有回升的趋势.2刺激前QRS波宽( 导联,下同)(14.5±1.3)ms,刺激即刻(19.0±3.1)ms,与刺激前相比QRS波宽显著延长(P<0.01).3刺激前QRSVp-p(0.52±0.12)mv,刺激即刻(0.37±0.10)mv,与刺激前相比显著降低(p<0.05).4刺激前切迹数(0.20±0.4)个,刺激即刻(0.7±0.8)个,与刺激前相比显著增多.5刺激前100Hz~1000Hz,80Hz~300Hz,100Hz~250Hz,150Hz~250Hz各频段的高频相对能量分别为:(21.24±16.78)%,(32.56±20.60)%,(20.91±16.41)%,(4.68±4.81)%,刺激即刻分别为:(2.81±1.91)%,(6.86±3.96)%,(2.69±1.90)%,(0.34±0.28)%,与刺激前相比,各频段相对能量显著降低.结果表明刺激大鼠的DMV对HF-ECG的时域值和频域值有明显影响,DMV对心脏电活动有调节作用.The effects of electrical stimulation to dorsal motor vagal nucleus (DMV)on cardiac electroactivities in rats was studied by using a microprocessor ECG system.The results are as follows:①Heart rate is (427.0±56.3) beats/min before stimulation DMV and (191.0±96.4) beats/min at stimulation moment(P<0.01).②The duration of QRS compiex(lead Ⅱ)is (14.5±1.3) ms before stimulating DMV and (19.0±3.1) ms at stimulation moment.It is significantly prolonged compared with that of before stimulating DMV(p<0.01).③Peak-to-peak amplitude(Vp-p) is (0.52±0.12) mv before stimulating DMV and was (0.37±0.1) mv at stimulating moment.The Vp-p of the stimulating moment is obviously decreased in comparision with that of before stimulating DMV.④The number of notchs is (0.2±0.4) before stimulating DMV and is ((0.7±0.8)) at stimulating DMV moment increased significantly (p<0.05).⑤The relative power content before stimulating with frenquency rangs of (100Hz~1000Hz),(80Hz~300Hz),(100Hz~250Hz),(150Hz~250Hz) are ( (21.24±16.78)%),((32.56±20.60)%),((20.91±16.41)%),((4.68±4.81)%) respectively DMV and are ((2.81±1.91)%),((6.86±3.96)%),((2.69±1.90)%),((0.34±0.28)%) at the stimulating moment, which were significantly decreased compared with before stimulating DMV.
