摘 要:在一高 12 0 0mm、直径 4 0mm的三相流化床实验装置上 ,采用压降法和取样法测定了不同操作条件下剑麻基活性炭纤维在床内沿轴向的分布特征 .结果表明 ,在一定液速和气速下 ,气含率沿床高增加 ,而液含率及固含率则逐渐降低 ;一定液速下提高气速 ,床中的混合程度增大 ,而一定气速下提高液速 ,床中的离集 (分级 )程度增大 .该研究成果可为活性炭纤维流态化吸附回收贵金属过程的放大和操作提供依据 .The axial distribution of phase holdups in the ads orption process of the sisal-based activated carbon fibers in various operating conditions was determined by measuring the pressure drop and sampling.The experiments were carried out in a three-phase fluidized bed with the height of 1 200mm and the internal diameter of 40mm.The results indicate that,at a certain gas velocity and a liquid velocity,the gas holdup increases with the increase of bed height,while the liquid and solid holdups decrease gradually,and that,at a certain liquid velocity,the mixing extent in the bed improves with the increase of gas velocity,while at a certain gas velocity,the segregation extent in the bed increases with liquid velocity.The obtained results provide a basis for the scale-up and operation of the recovery of noble metals by activated carbon fibers in fluidized beds.
