摘 要:在二乙胺存在下,钕、铒与8-羟基喹啉形成的络合物,能使它们的4f电子跃迁吸收峰明显加强。利用三阶导数光谱消除了铈的干扰,并且提高了方法的灵敏度。导数吸光度与钕、铒的浓度分别在3.0~18μg/ml和4.5~21μg/ml范围呈线性关系,且过原点。它们的检出限(S/N=2)是0.26μgNd/ml和0.50μgEr/ml。方法应用于合成样中钕、铒及实物标样中钕的测定,结果令人满意。In the presence of diethylamine,the absorption spectra of 4f electron transitions of the complexes of neodymium and erbium with 8-hydroxyquinoline were enhanced markedly. The third-derivative spectra e-liminate the interference of cerium and increase the sensitivity for the determination of neodymium and erbium. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 3. 0-18 μg/ml for neodymium and 4. 5-21 μg/ml for erbium. The detection limits (signal to noise ratio of 2) are 0. 26 μg/ml for neodymium and 0. 50 fig/ml for erbium,respectively. The method has been applied to the determination of neodymium and erbium in rare earth mixtures with satisfactory results.
