寡糖对氨基苯甲酸乙酯衍生物的全乙酰化产物质谱解析

摘　　要：对氨基苯甲酸乙酯(ABEE)衍生的寡糖已被全乙酰化,应用氘标记研究了它们在LSIMS谱中的碎片离子,比较了各种基质时的正、负离子谱,43pmol麦芽七糖经过ABEE衍生及全乙酰化后可以测出分子结构信息。Ethyl p-aminobenzoate(ABEE)-derivatized oligosaccharides have been treated with peracetyliza-tion. Fragment ions of liquid secondary iori mass spectrometry (LSIMS) of the derivatives were studied using deuterium labeled compounds. The positive and negative ion spectra were compared by adding different matrices. Using as little as 43 pmol maltoheptaose. we were able to obtain molecular information after ABEE-derivatization and peracetylization.
