摘  要:通过对电厂中常用的水环式真空泵冷却系统运行实际情况的分析研究,指出其运行中存在但常被忽视的问题:由于真空泵冷却水温升高而导致的抽气能力严重降低,使机组背压升高,出力下降。文章提出凝汽器的压力实际受到两个瓶颈的限制:一是循环水的温度,二是真空泵的极限工作压力,而这一点常没有被足够的注意,导致凝汽器压力明显升高。由于凝汽器压力对机组运行的出力和经济性影响很大,文章提出了对真空泵冷却系统改进的建议,即尽量降低真空泵冷却水入口温度,在平时运行时应密切注意真空泵热交换器的运行状况。After analysis the running condition about the cooling system of water-ring vacuum pump used in power station, it presents the existent troubles which are ignored usually when operating actually, i.e. reduction of output of the vacuum pump due to the cooling water super-heating affecting on the exhaust pressure and power output, the writers point out the condenser pressure is limited by the cooling water temperature and the vacuum pump extreme operation pressure, but this is not firmly attention usually. Because the condenser pressure affects on the turbine output and its operation economic benefits seriously, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the cooling system, i.e. lower the cooling water inlet temperature of the vacuum pump and takes note to its heat exchanger operation condition.
