摘　　要：企业诚信经营是指企业依照国家法律规定、市场规则和商业道德规范 ,在经营管理和市场营运中确立和执行的自律性理念和行为。它具有主体平等性、信息对称性、互惠互利性、以德避险性、以德求利性等特征。企业经营讲究诚信 ,可以促进我国社会主义市场经济秩序正常化 ,有利于拓展国际市场 ,减少市场交易费用 ,还可以树立企业良好形象 ,赢得消费者 ,提高企业市场占有率。It means that the enterprise is according to national legal provisions,the market rule and commercial code of ethic that the enterprise manages sincerely,Containing by oneself nature theory and behavior established and carrying out in management and administration and market operating. It have subject equal quality,information symmetrical quality,mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit quality,avoid dangerous qualities,ask the characteristics,such as favourable qualities,etc. in order to Germany with Germanieses. The enterprise manages and stresses sincerely,can promote the normalization of economic order of socialist market of our country,Help to expand the international market,help to reduce the marketing expenses,can also establish the good image of enterprise,Gain consumers,improve the occupation rate of market of enterprise.
