城镇化进程中农民向“非”农的转化

摘　　要：走中国特色的城镇化道路是全面建设小康社会的必由之路,推进城镇化应与合理转移农村富余劳动力相结合,农民在城镇化的进程中逐步向“非”农转化,要完全实现这一过程,还面临着一些制度上和观念上的障碍,有待在改革进程中逐步加以解决。Urbanization with Chinese characteristics is an inevitable road to go toward construction of a well-being society in every aspect. Advancement of urbanization shall be combined with reasonable transfer of surplus laborers in the countryside, allowing farmers to gradually transform into non-farmers in the process of urbanization. To thoroughly achieve this process, some obstacles, systematic or conceptual, are confronted, which need to be solved in the course of reform step by step.
