摘  要:本文首次将罗丹明S应用于镉的荧光熄灭法测定,由于PVA-124的稳定作用,克服了罗丹明类试剂常须经萃取测定操作繁杂之不足。在加入各种试剂后,直接进行水相荧光测定。方法简便、灵敏,精密度好。The determination of cadmium by quench-fluorescence of rhodamine S is proposed which is different from the common method used in organic phase. The determination can be finished directly in water phase after some reagents have been added, because of the stable affection of PVA-124 with the linear range of 0. 1-0. 5μg/25ml for cadmium. The interfering experiment shows that Bi3+ , Hg2+ and Pd3+ interfere with the determination of cadmium seriously, the result of determination is satisfied for both environmental water sample and separated geologic sample.
