摘  要:本文建立了吗啡的流动注射分光光度分析法。在优化条件下,线性检测范围为30~700μg/ml,回归方程为h=0.0250+1.74×10^(-3)C,相关系数为0.9999,并用于吗啡样品的分析。回收率为99.9%,相对标准偏差为0.43%,样品分析速度为240次/小时。A new rapid method for the determination of morphine by flow injection spectrophotometry has been developed. The effect factor (such as wavelength, concentration of reaction reagent, length of reaction tube, flow rate of carrier and volume of sample) on the determination of morphine was investigated. Under optimal conditions, the calibration graph is linear in the range of 30-700 μg/ml, the recovery is 99. 9% with a relative standard deviation of 0. 43%, the proposed system permits the analysis of about 240 times/h. Precise result is achieved in agreement with that obtained by classical method . The proposed method has the advantage of efficiency, sensitivity and accuracy for the determination of morphine.
