管理在国民经济增长中的贡献率

摘　　要：等效益面生产函数是一个崭新的概念.在此基础上,就可以建立测算经济增长中管理贡献率的方法和系统平均值的求法.据此,可以对我国"九五"期间国民经济增长中的管理贡献率进行测算.并针对产出滞后于投入所引起的测算结果的波动现象,提出了局部调整的方法.应用该方法就可较好地降低管理贡献率的波动幅度,进而可以给出调整后的管理贡献率的测算结果.Equal efficiency curved surface production function is a new concept. According to it, the contribution rate of management in economic growth and the system average can be established. Hereby, the contribution rate of management in Chinese national economic growth can be measured. In order to decrease the fluctuation scope of the contribution rate of management which is due to the delayed output for input, a local adjustive method is given. By this method, the fluctuation of the contribution rate of management can be reduced.The adjusted results of contribution rate of management are given.
