摘 要:本文详细地研究了用改进单纯形与加权形心单纯形优化高效液相色谱法分离苯酚、邻-苯二酚、对-苯二酚、邻-甲基苯酚、邻-硝基苯酚与α-萘酚混合物及吡嗪烷基化产物的条件,讨论了各种参数对优化分离的影响,提出了一个优化综合评价指标,建立了混合酚及吡嗪烷基化产物的分离方法。The separation conditions for mix containing phenol, o-methylphenol、p-diphenol、o-diphenol、o-nitrophenol and α-naphthol as well as alkylation products of pyrazine were investigated and the effects of various parameters on separation discussed. A comprehensive evaluation criterion for HPLC optimization separation was proposed and the methods for separation mix of phenols and alkylation of pyrazine were established. This method has been applied to the separation of the complex system containing six phenols and alkylation products of pyrazine. The satisfactory results of separation were obtained using the optimal conditions obtained by MSM optimization.
