摘 要:在pH2.3~3.5的H_2SO_4—NH_4AC缓冲溶液中,有NH_4NO_3存在时,Mo(V1)-α,α′—联吡啶络合物在—0.75V(vs·SCE)左右产生一灵敏的极谱催化波。检测下限为0.1ng/mL,峰高与Mo浓度在0.2~50ng/mL之间呈线性关系。该波具有吸附性质的催化波。方法用于天然水和地下水中痕量Mo测定,获得满意结果。In a medium of H_2SO_4—NH_4Ac at pH2.3—3.5, containing 0.002%α,α—bipyridine and 1% NH_4N_O3, a sensitive p01arographic catalytic wave of molybdenum has been obtianed by single-sweep poiarography. The peak potential of the wave is—0.75V(vs.SCE). The peak height is directly proportional to concentration of molybdenum in the range of 0.2—50ng/mL. The wave has been proved to be a polarographic catalytic wave with adsorptive behaviour. The method has been applied to the determination of trace molybdenum in natural water and ground water with satisfactory results.
