摘  要:本文用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定红细胞膜结合镁含量。测定健康者45人,膜结合镁平均值为1.15±0.065μg/mg膜蛋白;原发性高血压患者26人,膜结合镁平均值为0.91±0.028μg/mg膜蛋白;冠心病患者30人,膜结合镁平均值为0.90±0.039μg/mg膜蛋白。由测定结果表明,原发性高血压组和冠心病组胞膜结合镁含量明显低于对照组概率(p<0.05)。该方法的回收率为98.28~104.54%,相对标准偏差小于3.90%。The present study was performed to determine the amount of binding magnesium in human erythrocyte membrane by using flame AAS. In forty-five healthy subjects, the average of binding magnesium in erythocyte membrane was 1.15~0.065μg/mg membrane proteins; in twenty-six patients with primary hypertension, the average of binding magnesium in red erythrocyte membrane was 0.91±0.028μg/mg membrane proteins; in thirty cases with coronary heart disease, the average of binding magnesium erythrocyte membrane was 0.90±0.039μg/mg membrane proteins. The difference was significant (p <0.05). As to the determination method, the rate of recovery varied from 98.28% to 104.54% and the RSD was less than 3. 9%.
