摘 要:本文研究了铱(Ⅲ)与meso-四(4-乙醇氧基苯)卟啉[T(4-AOP)P]的超高灵敏显色反应。结果表明,在pH9.5~10.5介质中,在Cd(Ⅱ)和混合表面活性剂存在下,Ir(Ⅲ)与T(4-AOP)P形成了灵敏度很高的稳定络合物,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.3×10~6,铱浓度在0~2.0μg/10mL范围内服从比耳定律。络合物的组成比为Ir(Ⅲ)∶T(4-AOP)P=1∶1。在掩蔽剂存在下,方法有一定的选择性,并直接测定了催化剂中的铱;采用2-巯基苯并噻唑-SnCl_(2-)法革取贵金属,可测定混合贵金属中的铱,结果令人满意。A hypersensitive color reaction of indium (Ⅲ) with meso-tetralis(4-acetyloxyphenyl)-porphyrin [T(4-AOP) P] has been studied in the presence of Cd(Ⅱ), SDS and Triton X-100. It is shown that the iridum(Ⅲ) complex is formed at pH 9.5~10.5 by heating at 100℃ for 15min The molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.3×10~6L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at 422nm. The complex is stable for at least 17h. The molar ratio of Ir(Ⅲ) to T(4-AOP)P is found to be 1:1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~2.0μg/10mL for Ir(Ⅲ). Tolerance limits have been studied for 25 cationic ions by the use of masking agents. The method has been used for the diircct determination of iridium in the Pt-catalyst and mixed noble metals with masking method and 2-mercapto-benzothiazole-SnCl extraction method, respectively.
