摘  要:本文提出了用石英压电晶体传感器测定水中游离氰根的超高灵敏新方法。在镀银石英压电晶体表面修饰一层Ag_2S膜,该膜可选择性与游离氰根结合,引起石英压电晶体振荡频率的改变,检测限可达5×10^(-7)mg/mL,线性范围为10^(-6)~10^(-3)mg/mL。讨论了成膜条件、最佳pH范围及水中常见阴离子的干扰等。A New method for determining trace CN^- in water was proposed. A thin film of Ag_2S was electrochemically deposited on both sides of a silver-coated piezoelectric crystal. The depositing process was monitored by the frequency shifts of the piezoelectric crystal. The Ag_2S films can adsorb CN^- selectively in water thus causing the frequency shift of the piezoelectric crystal. The frequency shifts are proportional to the concentration of CN^- in the range of 10^(-6)~10^(-3)mg/mL. The detection limit is 5×10^(-7)mg/mL. Some influencing factors such as film theckness,pH range and interferences were also discussed.
