摘 要:研究了交沙霉素络合推动Zn^(2+)离子在水(w)/硝基苯(nb)界面传递的行为。在0.1mol/L ZnCl_2(w)-0.005mol/L TPAsTPB(nb)体系中,交沙霉素与Zn^(2+)能形成ZnL^(2+)和ZnL_2^(2+)络合物。交沙霉素浓度(Nb)大于197μ/mL(μ为生物效价),阳极波呈现为相应于ZnL^(2+)和ZnL_2^(2+)的双峰。当温度≤20℃,扫速大于60mV/s和交沙霉素浓度(nb)低于493μ/mL时,阴极波仅为ZnL^(2+)的单峰。e_(pc)与交沙霉素浓度(nb)成正比,线性范围为30~493μ/mL,检出限为10μ/mL。再现性的相对标准偏差在3%以内,回收率为94%~104%。与生物法相比,其相对误差在±3%左右。The transfer be(?)r of the complexes of josamycin with zinc ion at the w/nb interface was investigated by semi-differential cyclic voltammetry of a four-electrode system with positive feedback. The complexes formed of josamycin with Zn were ZnL^(2+) and ZnL_2^(2+) in the system of 0.lmol/L ZnCl_2(w)-0.005mol/ L TPAsTPB(nb). The anodic wave was a double peaks corresponding to that of ZnL^(2+) and ZnL_2^(2+),if the concentration of josamycin was higher than 197μ/mL. For the cathodic wave, only a single peak of ZnL^(2+) appeared when the temperature was less than 20℃,the scan rate was greater than 60mV/s and the concentration of josamycin (nb) was less than 493μ/mL. The peak height is directly proportional to the concentration of josamycin (nb). The linear range is from 30 to 493μ/mL and the detection limit is 10μ/mL. The relative standard deviation of the reproducibility is within ±3% and the recovery is from 94%~104%. The relative error is about±3% as compared with the biological method. It can be used for the determination of josamycin.
