摘 要:本文研究了在B-R缓冲底液中叶酸第一个还原波的性质,认为在低pH时,叶酸的还原波是一个2e-2H^+可逆吸附波。当pH>6时,则是一个准可逆的2e-2H^+吸附波。对叶酸的还原峰电流随pH变化出现峰形变化的关系也作了合理的理论解释,实验结果表明用示差脉冲极谱(DPP)法测定叶酸的浓度范围为5.0×10^(-8)~8.0×10^(-6)mol/L,如用JP-2型示波极谱二次导数波测定,检测限可比DPP法提高一个数量级。The first reduction wave of folic acid in Britton-Robinson buffer was studied,it was found to correspond to a 2e-2H^+ reversible wave with very strong adsorption of both reactant and product at low pH. At pH>6 it becomes a 2e-2H^+ quasi-reversible process. The peakshape relation of the reduced current of folic acid with variation of pH can be described by the theory derived by the authors. A linear increase of the current with the concentration of folic acid in the range of 5×10^(-8) to 8×10^(-6)mol/L is achieved with DPP method. If Type JP-2 Oscillopolarography is used,a more sensitive response can be obtained,allowing 1.0×10^(-8)mol/L folic acid to be detected.
