摘 要:本文利用ICP-AES同时测定镁锭中Fe、Al、Cu、Mn、Si、Ni 6种元素。为了使干扰较小,控制镁在样品溶液中含量≤5mg/mL。以该浓度进样,各元素可检出的最低含量为:Ni0.0004%,Cu 0.0001%,Al 0.0004%,Fe0.0002%,Mn 0.0001%,Si 0.0002%。This article applies ICP-AES to determine simultaneously Fe,Al,Cu,Mn,Si and Ni in magnesium ingot. The analytical lines of determined element, the effect of acid, the interference of matrix magnesium, the method to eliminate the interference and ICP working conditions have been studied in detail. The experiments show that when the concentration of magnesium is ≤5mg/mL,the matrix interference can be ignored. The detection limit of the element is 0.0004%. for Ni;0.0001% for Cu;0.0004% for Al;0.0002% for Fe;0.0001% for Mn and 0.0002% for Si. The proposed method has the advantages of high sensitivity and simultaneous determination, in pratical sample analysis, the results by the present ICP-AES method are consistent with those by the conventional method. The recoveries of the elements are higher than 86%。
