摘 要:制备了含单基发射药的粉状低爆速炸药,并对其工艺进行了研究。讨论了该炸药的低爆速产生机理,研究了单基发射药的粒径、包覆剂和钝感剂的含量、炸药的密度对炸药性能的影响。测试了该炸药的低温性能、体积威力、机械感度和不同装填直径的爆速。并对该炸药在油田地质勘探中的应用效果进行了分析。结果表明,该低爆速炸药制备简单,能量和密度较高,用作震源炸药能有效地提高地震勘探的分辨率。A powdery low detonation velocity explosive containing single base propellants has been prepared and its technology has been studied. The mechanism of low detonation velocity for the explosive is discussed. Some factors, such as the grain size of single base propellants, the content of coating reagent and desensitizer, the density of the explosive, which may influence the performance of the explosive are also studied. The low temperature performance of explosives, the voluminal power, the mechanical sensitivity and the detonation velocity of explosives in different diameters are tested. The applied effect of the low detonation velocity explosives for oil field exploration is also analyzed. The results show that the low detonation velocity explosive has the properties of easy-preparing,high energy and high density,and it can greatly improve the resolution of the earth-shock prospecting.
