摘　　要：随着我国信息化建设步伐的加快,"数字地球"、"数字城市"建设正如火如荼。"数字校园"作为"数字城市"的一个缩影,具有"数字城市"的基本特点和功能,其建设工作对于我国高等教育的现代化建设具有重要意义。文中介绍了"数字校园"系统的结构设计,并利用Visual C++和地理信息控件MapX实现了"数字校园"系统中的地理信息基本功能子系统。A long with the rapid development of China's informationization construction, the construction of the digital earth and digital city is advancing like wildfire. The digital campus,as an epitome of the digital city,has the basic characteristies and functions of the digital city. At the same time, the digital campus construction is of great signifcance for the modernization of China's higher eduction. In this paper the design of the digital campus system is introduced, and a sub-system which has the basic gco-information function in the digital campus system is implemented by using the Visual C++ and the geo-information component MapZ.
