西汉中央行政决策监督机制探析

摘　　要：　西汉作为我国统一的封建多民族国家较为繁荣的时期,得益于其合理的中央行政决策。而西汉合理的中央行政决策出台,却有赖于其一套较为系统的监督体制的保障。西汉中央行政决策中枢由皇帝和以丞相为首的行政决策官僚集团组成。为此,西汉在对皇帝和以丞相为首的行政决策官僚集团两方面都规定着较为严格的监督程序。The period of West Han Dynasty that was very flourishing in our history profited from its good in the Central administration.While these measures were sustained by a better supervision system.To make it run well,there were many strict rules on emperors and other decision-making bureaucracies in the system.
