摘　　要：在图书馆之间建立服务联盟 ,各馆配合联盟在馆内设立一个对外联系部门 ,使各馆文献资源 ,特别是纸质图书 ,达到最大的共享和利用 。To create a service union among the libraries, and to build a service centre in each of them, so that the information resources especial the paper books can be shared and best used to meet the increasing information demand from readers.
