摘 要:以透射电镜为研究手段,研究了TiC-50Nb钢结硬质合金经1120℃淬火,560℃回火后的显微组织结构。结果表明,经上述处理的TiC-50Nb钢结硬质合金的显微结构,尤其是钢基体的显微结构对其宏观性能有较大的影响,钢基体中析出的碳化物是其产生二次硬化现象的主要原因。The article studied the microstructures of TiC-50Nb steel-bonded cemented carbide quenched at 1120℃ and annealed at 560℃ by means of TEM. The results showed that the microstructure of the TiC-50Nb steel-bonded cemented carbide through above mentioned treatment, especially the microstructures of their steel matrix had an important influences on the macro-properties. The carbides precipitated from steel matrix were the main causes of producing secondary hardening phenomenon.
