摘  要:研究了牡丹催花后根系的营养状况和生长情况,结果表明:牡丹经催花后,无论是开花还是未开花(有叶无花),其根内养分含量均发生了一定的变化,其中淀粉、N、P、K、Mg的含量明显降低,钙和游离硫的含量变化却表现为升高的趋势;复壮栽培过程中,新生根主要分布于10~30cm的土层内,且新生根量秋后都比夏季多。同时,在复壮栽培第1、2年春季(5月下旬)牡丹叶片光合速率的日变化规律曲线都近似抛物线,呈单峰曲线变化;而夏季(7月中旬)净光合速率的日变化为双峰曲线。The root nutrients and growth of tree peony were studied after rejuvenation. Changes were taken place in the content of peony root whether it had flowered or not. The contents of starch, N, P, K and Mg were reduced while the contents of Ca and dissociated S increased. New roots were mainly distributed in 10~30 cm soil and the quantity of new roots was more in autumn than in summer. In the first year of rejuvenation, the curve of diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate (Pn) in peony leaves demonstrated a single peak appearing at noon in spring (May) and demonstrated two peaks in summer (July).
