摘　　要：本文介绍了对两届硕士研究生英语学习基本情况的调查，分析和研究了由于扩招产生的学习主体的变化和整体现状，指出了越来越突出的研究生个性化需求与学习客体设置的教学体系所产生的矛盾，并通过分析和实践，总结了学习客体的问题及其主体所应采取的应变改革措施。With the data collected from two surveys of postgraduates, the article analyses the changes and the particular characters of the subject of learning. It points out the present teaching system contradicts the gradually developing individual demand and the various requirements from the subject of learning. Based on the study of the new situation of both subject and object, it presents some strategies which could be feasible and the reference for the object of learning in the reform of English teaching.
