摘　　要：为使起重机的操作培训工作不依赖于实机作业 ,以达到安全、经济、高效的目的 ,笔者应用计算机实时仿真模拟技术 ,开发了集机 -电 -液于一体的多功能港口起重机操作模拟器。该模拟器以三维动画模拟岸边集装箱起重机和轮胎式门式起重机的工作过程和天气条件 ,以 6自由度液压伺服振动台模拟司机室振动 ,采用工业控制计算机和建立在Windows平台上的FIX工业自动化软件进行数据采集、监控和处理。该模拟器具有技术领先、场景逼真、动感强劲。In order to prevent the train of crane's steer from doing it in real crane and get the capacities of safety, economy and efficiency, the author develops a steering imitator of port's crane with multi-functions of integrating of machinery, electricity and hydraulics by the computer real time simulating technology. This imitator simulates the working process and the weather conditions for the quayside container gantry crane and the rubber-tired container gantry crane by 3-dimension animation. It simulates the vibration of drive cab by hydraulic servo vibrating station with 6 degree of freedom. The data collection and monitor and processor are taken on the basis of industrial control computers and Windows-based FIX industrial automation software. This imitator has the features of technology in advance, lifelike, dynamic and practical in use.
