摘　　要：从港口起重机金属结构的故障管理出发 ,阐述港机金属结构故障诊断与安全性评价系统的组成及工作原理 ,对港机金属结构故障中裂纹扩展寿命和结构件的巡检周期进行预测研究 ,对系统中结构承载能力诊断的依据进行理论分析。实际工程应用情况证明 ,该系统能为企业开展状态维修提供长期有效的技术保障 ,从而保证结构件的安全使用 。This paper expatiates on the software and hardware composing of the system and the theory how the system works and studies the propagation-life of crack and the period of inspecting in the port crane metal structure's fault. The academic foundation of the diagnosing about structural ability of load-carrying is analyzed .The Application of the system exemplifies its validity. So the system can provide technical guarantee for corporation developing state-maintain that it ensures structural security and reduces economic losing because corporation stop production for maintain.
