摘 要: 初试条件下考察了EM-SBR及常规SBR反应器处理生活污水的效果.结果表明:3种运行模式下,EM-SBR反应器去除CODcr效果明显优于常规SBR反应器,可实现CODcr去除率平均增幅9.31%;进水0.5h、曝气4.0h、静置1.0h、排水0.5h、闲置1.0h是EM-SBR反应器处理生活污水的适宜运行模式.与常规SBR反应器相比,EM-SBR反应器具有水力停留时间短(HRT6.0~9.0h)、处理效果好、抗有机负荷能力强、运行稳定性高的技术优势.作为常规SBR的改良形式,EM-SBR技术可投入中试并为大生产所借鉴.The effects of domestic sewage treatment by EM-SBR and routine SBR reactor are systematically studied in this paper under a preliminary examination. The experimental results demonstrate that the stable COD_(cr) removal efficiency of EM-SBR is obviously increased with the average amplitude of 9.31% and thus higher than that of the routine reactor; and that the suitable operation model for EM-SBR to treat domestic sewage is that 0.5 h is for influx, 4.0 h for gas pumping, 1.0 h for holding, 0.5 h for pouring and 1.0 h for slacking. Compared to the routine SBR reactor, the EM-SBR reactor is provided with those advantages such as shorter HRT (6.0~9.0 h), better treatment effect, better operation stability and higher resistance against organic pollutants. The present study illustrates that the processes of EM-SBR can be put into the pilot test and then be utilized in wastewater treatment engineering.
