摘 要:采用微量毛细管点滴法筛选出比河北廊坊桃蚜相对敏感种群更为敏感的甘肃宕昌桃蚜种群,建立了18种杀虫剂对桃蚜敏感种群的毒力基线,可作为今后国内各地监测桃蚜抗药性水平的敏感基线。用氧乐果、氰戊菊酯及其氧乐果+氰戊菊酯对桃蚜敏感种群进行抗性选育,汰选20次时桃蚜对混剂氧乐果+氰戊菊酯只产生4.85倍的抗药性,比氧乐果单剂(7.39倍)抗性发展速度幔,尤其比氰戊菊酯单剂(87.21倍)更慢,表明桃蚜易对菊酯类药剂产生抗药性,混剂可以延缓产生抗药性。The aphid colonies collected from different ecological regions in Gansu Province were tested by the topical insecticide application method. The results showed that the aphid colony in Tanchang County was more susceptible to insecticides, as compared with the susceptible aphid colony in Langfang City, Hebei Province. The toxicity baselines of 18 kinds of insecticides to the aphids were established and used as the susceptibitity standards for tolerance comparision or resistance levels. The susceptible aphid colony was selected with omethoate, fenvalerate and (omethoate+ fenvalerate),The results of 20 time's selection indicated that the development of insecticide-resistance of the aphids to fenvalerate was the fastest (87.21 fold),followed by omethoate(7.39 fold), while (omethoate+fenvalerate) was the slowest(4.85 fold). It is suggested that the aphid easily develop resistance to pyrethroids insecticides, the occurrence and resistance development of the aphid can be put off by using insecticide mixtures.
