摘　　要：在 p H值 1～ 2之间 ,塞罗特罗与亚硝酸盐反应后 ,再与α-盐酸萘胺反应可生成鲜红色物质 ,在波长为 5 1 6nm处测定其吸光度 ,在塞曼特罗浓度为 0～ 2 .5 62 μg/m L呈线性关系 ,其摩尔吸光系数为 2 .971× 1 0 4L/mol· cm,用该法测定饲料中的塞曼特罗 。Cimaterol reacts with nitrite in the solution of pH 1-2, and then react with α-naphthylamine hydrochloride to produce a red soultion. With the absorbance at 516 nm. The absorbance is directly proportional to the concentration of cimaterol in the range of 0～2.562 μg/mL. The molar absorbance is 2.971×10~4 L/mol·cm. This method is satisfactory for the detection of cimaterol in animal feed.
