摘　　要：本文简要地回顾了外照射辐射防护中使用的实用量概念的进展情况,介绍了国际辐射单位与测量委员会(ICRU)47号报告中提出的新建议,并针对实用量在应用中的一些问题进行了讨论。In this paper a brief review was given on the evolution.of concepts of the operationalquantities used in radiation protection for external exposure,and special attention was paid to theintroduction and understanding of the new suggestions made in ICRU 47.Some problems on practicaladoption and application of these quantities were also discussed.
