人参三醇组甙对 X 射线照射雄性大鼠下丘脑-垂体-睾丸系统功能的影响  被引量:1

摘  要:本研究采用5 Gy X 射线全身照射雄性大鼠,观察人参三醇组甙对下丘脑-垂体-睾丸系统功能的影响。动物于照前24 h 及照后每天经腹腔给予三醇组甙5 mg,共14次。实验结果表明,单纯照射组与正常对照组比较,睾丸组织受到明显损伤,血清睾丸酮水平和睾丸环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)及下丘脑亮氨酸脑啡肽(L-Enk)含量明显降低,血清滤泡刺激素(FSH)水平明显增加;但在照射加人参组中,上述指标都接近正常对照组水平。提示人参三醇组甙可减轻受照大鼠生殖内分泌轴的损伤,具有保护下丘脑-垂体-性腺系统功能的作用,并促进其辐射损伤的恢复过程。In the present study,the effect of panaxatriols on the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-testes system was observed after whole body irradiation with 5 Gy X-rays in malerats.The rats were given panaxatriols intraperitoneally 14 times,beginning from 24 h beforethe irradiation,once a day(5 mg/day).The results showed that testicular tissues were seri-ously injuried,hypothalamic L-Enk(p<0.01)and testicular cAMP(p<0.01)contentsand serum testosterone level(p<0.01)decreased significantly, but serum FSH levels(p<0.01)increased significantly in simple irradiation groups,compared with normal control.However,all of the above-mentioned indices were near to normal control levels in panaxatri-ols plus irradiation groups.These suggest that panaxatriols may decrease the injuries of thereproductive endocrine axis of rats,and panaxatriols have protective function for the hy-pothalamus-pituitary-gonadal after the irradiation and promoting their recovering coursefrom the radiation damage.
