摘 要:采用傅里叶变换近红外透射光谱和偏最小二乘法 ,对银杏提取液中总黄酮和总内酯的含量进行了定量测定。所建立的数学模型对校正集样本的银杏总黄酮和总内酯复相关系数 (MR)分别为 0 .998和 0 986 ;对预测集样本的银杏总黄酮和总内酯复相关系数分别为 0 .983和 0 .971 ,标准回收率分别为 95 71 %~ 1 0 3.3%和95 2 9%~ 1 0 4 .6 % ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)分别为 2 .4 4 %和 3.1 9%。结果表明 ,近红外光谱测定银杏提取液中总黄酮和总内酯含量具有快速、准确的优点 。A new method was established to simultaneously determine the total flavones and total lactones in ginkgo extracts by Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy (FT-NIR) with partial least square (PLS). The multicorrelahon coefficients (MR) of the model to the total flavones and total lactones of the calibration samples were 0.998 and 0.986 respectively. The multicorrelation coefficients of the model to the total flavones and total lactones of the prediction samples were 0.985 and 0.971, the recoveries were 95.7%-103.3%, and 95.3%-104.6%, the RSDs were 2.4% and 3.2%. The result shows that the method proposed can be used to simultaneously determine the total flavones and total lactones in ginkgo extract with high accuracy.
