摘  要:用四苯硼钠标准溶液作滴定剂 ,采用高精度散射光度滴定法测定了诺氟沙星的含量 ,并将测定结果与非水滴定法、非水电位滴定法和高效液相色谱法的测定结果进行比较。结果表明 :用本方法测定诺氟沙星的含量具有较高的准确度、精密度和良好的线性 。To confirm the applicability of highly accurate nephelometric titration for the determination of norfloxacin. A visible light-emitting diode (LED) was used as a light source and a photodiode served as the optical detector. Light on the detector created an electric current through the diode. The norfloxacin solution became turbid with the addition of the titrant, sodium tetraphenylboron (Na-TPB) solution, and the intensity of the scattered light in the solution increased gradually. If the solubility of the precipitation was small enough and the reaction proceeded to completion, the intensity of the scattered light would reach the maximum at the stoichiometric point; thus, the titration end-point could be indicated. The result determined by the nephelometric titration was compared with those by nonaqueous titrations, nonaqueous potentiometric titration and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The precision of the method, which could be better than 0.2% under suitable conditions, was comparable to those of nonaqueous titrations and nonaqueous potentiometric titration and was better than HPLC. The accuracy of the nephelometric titration was comparable to that of nonaqueous titrations, nonaqueous potentiometric titration and HPLC. The method can be applied for the determination of norfloxacin.
