论“五四”日记体小说——一种非典型小说的形态和话语特征

摘　　要：“非典型小说”是与典型形态的小说——本文有时简称为“典型小说”——相对应的一种小说类型。它打破情节模式 ,偏重于主观抒情 ;在文体上具有模糊性 ,通常表现出文体融合的特点。“五四”日记体小说作为“非典型小说”的一个典型范例 ,将日记的私密性和小说的公共性融为一体 ,构造了独特的话语形态。它重塑个体与社会的关系 ,具体表现为“我”与“世界”的对话方式 :“我”看“世界”是以社会全体代个体自我 ;“世界”看“我”是以个体自我代社会全体。这样 ,它用极具主观性、隐私性的个体情感 ,实现了对普泛性。Atypical fiction', as opposed to traditional 'typical fiction', is a literary genre that emphasizes on subjective expression of emotions rather than plot development; as in style, it asserts itself with vagueness and amalgamation/integration. The May-4th diary novel, as a typical form of atypical fiction, integrates privacy of diary and the public of fiction and constructs unique discourse form. It reconstructs the relationship between the individual and society, which is specifically illustrated by the dialogue between 'self ' and 'the world': self's view of the world is a social representation of the individual, and the world's view of self is the individual representation of the social group. Therefore, it accomplishes a narration of social discourse on universality and publicity, in its depiction of subjective and secret individual emotions.
