摘  要:本文在松根炭制维尼纶载体炭小试的基础上,利用白炭强度高的特点,选择合适的炭活化工艺,制造维尼纶载体炭。在950℃下活化2h,可得到得率为37%,醋酸值大于500mg/g,碘值大于1000mg/g,强度(耐磨)大于70%的载体炭。Activated carbon as vinylon catalyst support was made from white charcoal in suitable process on the basis of preparation of that from pine root charcoal. The optimum process was that the activated temperature was 950°C with the time being 2 hours, under the condition of which the yield of activated carbon was 36.7% and HAC absorption value was more than 500mg/g, and the iodine absorption value was more than 1000mg/g, and intensity more that 70%.
